General Shipping Policies

Shipping time does not include the processing time prior to your order being accepted by a carrier and may be increased due to high volumes, extreme weather or shipment to outlying areas.

If shipping internationally, all fees, including customs & import fees, tariffs, taxes & duties assessed are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed.

To ensure accuracy, an order can be shipped to a single location. If you are buying multiple gifts, please place multiple orders.

If applicable, your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Once an item has been shipped, we are not able to change or cancel an order.

While we do everything we can to ship your item as soon as possible, occasionally an item will take longer than 7 business days to process. In the event an item will take longer than 7 days we will send an email to keep you informed. For Ring Sizing and Engraving, please add two weeks to the processing time to allow for work to be done.
