Metalsmiths Sterling is currently shipping through Canada Post and FedEx. We ship at noon MST from Edmonton, Monday-Thursday. Processing is usually 1-2 business days and is not included in shipping times. We occasionally need an extra couple of days to bring in an item from one of our stores. 

We want you to fall in love with every purchase - that's why we craft our products with the finest materials and the utmost care. But if you need to exchange an item purchased online, we offer a 30 day exchange policy with an extended Christmas exchange period.
