Holiday Exchange Policy

All holiday purchases can be exchanged through January 15, 2023 with proof of purchase.

We want you to fall in love with every purchase - that's why we craft our products with the finest materials and the utmost care. But if you need to exchange an item purchased online, we are happy to help you! 

Naturally, items should be unworn and unaltered. We'll exchange your item or provide store credit you can use anytime.

We do not offer refunds.

For items purchased online:

Items purchased online can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving the item by mailing them to the Return Depot. Please contact web-sales@metalsmiths.com for the address. Naturally, items should be unworn and unaltered. We'll exchange for store credit you can use anytime.

Please note that unless we made an error in order processing, return shipping fees will apply. Shipping charges will automatically be deducted from your store credit. We do not offer refunds. For hygienic reasons, body jewelry and earrings are final sale. Online purchases cannot be exchanged in store.

Online Cancellation Policy:

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it and another once it ships. If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so without penalty at any point before the shipping notification has been sent. Once your order has shipped it is eligible for exchange as above.

For items purchased in a corporate store location:

If you ever need to exchange something, we make it easy. Just bring your receipt to any of our Metalsmiths Sterling™ corporate boutiques within 30 days of purchase. If you are unable to make it back to a location, please use the contact form to send us the details of your purchase.
