Holiday Shipping 2025

Metalsmiths Sterling ships from Edmonton, Monday-Thursday. Processing is usually 1-2 business days and is not included in shipping times. We occasionally need an extra couple of days to bring in an item from one of our stores. 

If shipping internationally, all fees, including customs & import fees, tariffs, taxes & duties assessed are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed.

To ensure accuracy, an order can be shipped to a single location. If you are buying multiple gifts, please place multiple orders.

While we do everything we can to ship your item as soon as possible, occasionally an item will take longer to process. For Ring Sizing and Engraving, please add three weeks to the processing time to allow for work to be done.

Shipping within Canada:

  • Standard shipping: Canada Post indicates it is about 7-14 days.
  • Metalsmiths Sterling does not have any additional information on tracking – we have access to the same tracking site that you do. If your order has shipped but the tracking has not updated in several days your order is still on route to you and will delivered over the coming week as they work through any backlog.
  • Holiday Canada Post shipping is only available within Canada with a minimum $150 purchase.

    Shipping to the USA:

    • Metalsmiths Sterling currently ships to the USA.
    • Metalsmiths Sterling does not have any additional information on tracking – we have access to the same tracking site that you do. If your order has shipped but the tracking has not updated in several days your order is still on route to you and will delivered over the coming week as they work through any backlog. Please be kind in your inquiries, we really don't have any control over shipping once an item is picked up by the post office.

                       Gift Wrap

                      • We are happy to include a hand written note, please include your instructions in the "Notes" section at checkout. 
                      • Gift boxes are only available for jewelry. 

                         

                        SHIPPING OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA

                        Rates and times will depend on your location; selection details will be available at checkout. Unfortunately free shipping is not available outside of North America.

                        For best shipping prices, jewelry will be packaged in a satin pouch inside the padded enveloped.
