For online purchases:
You may exchange the items by mailing them to the Return Depot. Please contact web-sales@metalsmiths.com for details. Please note that unless we made an error in order processing, return shipping fees will apply. Shipping charges will automatically be deducted from your store credit. We do not offer refunds.
For hygienic reasons, body jewelry and earrings are final sale.
