Titanium is usually associated with the aerospace and medical industry, but recently many new uses are being found for this unique metal, including jewelry and wedding bands. Titanium is very strong and abrasion resistant, and it is totally hypoallergenic.

There are several sites on the web with titanium wedding bands. One even touts the fact that they use only specialized extra-strength alloys for their rings. We prefer the look and feel of pure titanium, and at a minimun 25,000 PSI yield strength, we feel it is more than adequate for jewelry. (When's the next time you'll be picking up 5000 pound weights with your wedding ring?)
