Because much of our work is custom, there are too many variables to offer a standard shopping cart ordering system. Instead, we simply use a secure, shopping cart-like interface. We let you, the customer, fill in the details we have probably already worked out via telephone or e-mail. If we have worked out details and pricing recently, simply put your name in the order details box and we will connect all of our correspondance with your order.
This system allows us to remain flexible and fill very unique and varied custom orders. It also gives YOU a safe and secure way to submit your personal and payment information. (And we NEVER share this information with anyone, period).
Credit cards are NOT processed automatically. Whatever amount we have previously agreed upon will be charged by us manually after we have received your order.
