Knot rings. This one was designed from images found adorning decorated
lettering common in books such as The Book of Kells. Some of these letters have small animal heads and crosses like ones found in sixth-century Ireland.
This design represents some of the earliest examples of Celtic "Illumination"
of writings. This Celtic Knot ring is 9 millimeters wide, and is available with or without the black background.
